

Good preparation is the foundation of a good stocktake. Hence, pre-stocktake site inspections are conducted at metropolitan sites before every job, no matter how big or small.
For a sale of business, a date check and general assessment of stock condition is conducted prior to counting to ensure all stock is able to be sold.
Our stocktake teams count the stock in a logical pattern coordinated by a stocktake supervisor. Upon completion of this count a walkthrough will be conducted with the client to ensure no stock has been missed.
The scanners are downloaded to a laptop on site. Our stocktaking software enables us to run check reports to ensure there are no anomalies in the data entry of our staff. Corrections are able to be made on site if required.
A final stock on hand report is then produced on site on the same day.
